The Lock-Harness stretcher has been designed based on experience of warfighting operations in Afghanistan and refined from user-feedback in Ukraine. The stretcher is a one-man carry, piggy-back style, that enables both the operator and the casualty to bring their weapons to bear. The stretcher’s narrow width makes it ideal for use in recovering a casualty from a trench, whilst its simple design enables it to be folded and carried in a large pouch.
The stretcher can also be used to carry two NLAW missiles.
The Lock-Harness stretcher is manufactured from PU-coated 1,000 Dtex textured nylon with webbing load-bearing straps and Cobra buckles (with an option to use heavy-duty plastic buckles instead).
