The Heavy Load Carrier (HLC) has been designed for a European Army to carry outsized loads such as jerry cans, ammunition boxes and mortar rounds. It is a lightweight, multi-purpose load carrier which comes with a detachable protective cover that can be rolled up and secured when not in use.
