Pairs of standoffs can be secured (either permanently or using Velcro) to the Emergency Ladder or Scramble Net: this makes it easier for users to grip each rung as the stand-offs create a 7-10cm gap between the ladder and the side of the vessel.
Standoffs are available in foam or hard wearing rubber and are sold as single items.
