The Falcon Tactical Vest was specifically designed for, and is currently issued to, an army operating in a hot, dry environment. The vest has three pouches large enough to hold either a pair of mess tins or a water bottle, behind each of which is a stud-closed pocket for a notebook or equivalent. The vest has two ammo pouches on the left hand side, with two more general purpose small pouches at the front, higher up. Large pockets suitable for storing maps are accessed by zip from either side. The rear of the vest has storage for a large hydration unit.
The Falcon assault vest is made from 1000 denier high tenacity PU-coated nylon fabric.
