The original CQC-designed British army issue Operational Travel Bag is a favourite of military personnel. With an internal volume of 80 litres, it can carry all the kit a soldier might need on deployment; alternatively, it can hold anything a civilian might need, from 5 days at Glastonbury to a family’s worth of beach kit.
Inside the main compartment, the bag has a rigid baseboard and a transparent document pouch; externally the bag has a 5 litre zippered pouch at either end, one of which also incorporates a covered identification window, and Velcro-secured pouches on each side. The main carriage handles extend from the base of the bag whilst also offering the option of rucksack-style padded straps which are covered when not in use; there is additional padding above the rucksack straps for comfort. The base has 6 rubber feet for added protection.
The bag is made from 1000 denier high tenacity PU-coated nylon fabric which has inherent waterproof and FR capabilities.
